Some think of me as a "hired gun" because other lawyers have retained me to assist them with their trials.  However, I like to think of myself as a trial lawyer for the People.  I am a no nonsense lawyer that moves the client's case along without unreasonable delay, so the client can move on with his or her life.  I am upfront with the client and give an honest assessment of the strengths and weaknesses with his or her case.  I will give a professional opinion whether any offers to settle the case are good or bad.  Then it is up to the client if he or she wants to accept the settlement offer or go to trial.  I am an experienced trial lawyer and enjoy trial work.  So if the clients want their day in court, I will give it to them.
